I don't like Mondays

Just heard the version by Tori Amos.
A simple chilling tune about issues of guns in the States. Was intially written about a shooting in San Diego 1979. A 16 year old girl started shooting at a school playground from her house, killing 2 and wounding a couple.
During the siege after the shooting, reporters managed to interview her and she said that she opened fire because “I don’t like Mondays. This livens up the day.”
bq.. the silicon chip inside her head
gets switched to overload
and nobody’s gonna go to school today
she’s going to make them stay at home
and daddy doesn’t understand it
he always said she was good as gold
and he can see no reason
‘cause there are no reasons
what reason do you need to be shown

Happy Children's Day

16 years ago, I ceased to be a child. That’s according to the fact that primary school children (6-12) celebrates Children’s Day while after that, you can only celebrate Youth Day.
Many times in my life, I wish I was 12 again.
There are many things I’d do differently from there onwards.
Regrets? Yes. But well, being realistic. Feeling regrets doesn’t get me anywhere. Just melancholy. So its just something which I had gotten control of after so many years.
Was watching Ed last nite…enjoyed it greatly. One of those ideal life where you can stay in a small town and own a Bowling Alley…thought about childhood/teens…while watching how Warren searches for his faith…and the one thing that bothers him most, girls….and the ending in the church with Diane….
Last time I mentioned this girl, your face popped out like a blowfish.
– Reverend Isaac (advising Warren on what`s really bothering him)
After that..there was the 100th episode of Whose Line is it Anyway?
